Petra Ecclestone bids for the most expensive home in the US
The most expensive house in all of US, "The Manor" will finally get a new owner, I hope! 22-year-old fashion designer Petra Ecclestone daughter of billionaire Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone, has reportedly bid for the 57,000ft French chateau-style mansion at Los Angeles.

* The $28 million Four Seasons penthouse gets crowned as Canada's most expensive Condo
After reporting about Antilia, the most expensive house in the world and also Singapore's most costliest house, its time to turn our attention to the most expensive condo in Canada.The condominium at Four Seasons hotel and residences in Toronto is placed at the top floor of the west building, 55 storeys up. The suite features 12 foot ceilings, and offers 9,038 square-feet of living space along with four corner terraces. The $28 million property also spots a staff residence at the adjoined 26-storey, east building.
The building has as many as 210 residences across the two towers, while the hotel is at the bottom 20 floors. 85 percent of the property has been already sold off.

World’s largest indoor theme park, Ferrari World, opens up on 27th October
True to their word, the Ferrari World is all set to open its doors this month to one and all. The world’s largest indoor theme park is opening a day earlier than expected. From 27th October, 7pm onwards, visitors will only be able to go about a few arenas. Officially, the grand opening is slated for December when the whole park will open up to the visitors. Claus Frimand, General Manager, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi says, “This will be the beginning of an exciting Inaugural Period, with the start of operations at the world’s first Ferrari theme park.” The official site also stated that a wide variety of rides and attractions and join in the special festivities with shows, dedicated entertainment and free souvenirs. If you seek first class access, then it will cost 375 AED ($102 USD) for folks taller than five foot and 270 AED ($74 USD) for slightly petite frames. While the standard rates are 225 AED ($61 USD) for five feet plus, and 165 AED ($45 USD) for those who always crib about their short height.

Saudi’s Kingdom Tower go twice the Dubai’s Burj Khalifa
The Burj Khalifa is tall – being the tallest building in the world and all. But now, Jeddah in Saudi Arabia wants to show they are not far behind in opulence and have unveiled plans to build a tower twice the height of the Burj. The Kingdom Tower, estimated at a cost of almost $30 billion, will be one mile high and will contain almost 12 million cubic feet of space. Dubai-based Emaar has been signed up as developer as well as Burj’s team, ex-SOM staffer Adrien Smith of Adrien Smith and Gordon Gill Architecture to design the tower. The building will apparently be able to house about 80,000 people. It is said that it will take 12 minutes to reach the zenith.
