All good things must come to an end. This is so true for The Oprah Winfrey Talk Show. With heavy hearts fans will bid adieu to the show on May 25th . The Queen of day-time talk show is commanding a cool $1 million for a 30-second advertising spot on her show. This will be an unprecedented record for day-time TV. Winfrey’s farewell show is touted as being “the event” of the year. Given the show’s popularity, there is no doubt she will have any trouble finding advertisers who are willing to shell out $1 million.
